Refund Policy At kiddiezoom, we happily accept the returns of unwashed, unaltered, unworn and undamaged item(s) within 7 days of purchase. We fully guarantee all of our items. However, if you’re unhappy or not satisfied with your purchase, send us an email with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kiddiezoom will readily change/modify or refund your order, or make any other arrangement as per your wish.
May I Cancel Or Modify My Order
Refund Policy at Kiddiezoom, we take great care of our consumers’ satisfaction. For any undesired or unwanted reason, if you want to cancel or modify your placed order during processing, shipping or receiving, feel free to contact us at email@example.com inform about your issue. We’ll strive hard to address your problem by canceling or modifying your order.
What Should I Do If I Receive A Damaged Or Wrong Items?
In a very rare case, damage can occur to any items during the packaging or shipping. You don’t need to be worry, because we’ve got you covered.
In case of damaged items, send us a photograph which clearly shows the damage. Feel free to email the photo at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to keep the items with all the original packaging. After receiving the photo and verifying the damage, well offer you two options:
- If the items is available in the stock, we’ll offer you a replacement. It’ll NOT cost you additional shipping charges.
- Or if you’re not satisfied with the replacement, so we’ll send you a complete refund of the transaction price after receiving the damaged items.
How To Return Or Exchange An Item(s)
- Send us an email within 7 days of purchase with the following details
- Write ‘’Item Return or Exchange’’ in the email subject.
- Your full name and address
- Item to be exchanged or returned
- Reason for exchange or return
- For incorrect or defective item, please attach a clear photo depicting the issue
After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions about the return or exchange procedure.
Return Or Exchange Process
You can return or exchange the purchased items by following one of the below-mentioned methods:
- You can contact us to arrange a collection from the address of the delivery of the items. However, a collection fee equal to the delivery charges will apply unless the return is for an incorrect or defected items.
- You can ship the items on given address. You’ll have to bear the shipping charges unless the return is for an incorrect or defected items, and pre-authorized by Kiddiezoom. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com for pre-authorization.
Note: Kiddiezoom is NOT responsible to cover the returning cost for items purchased outside Pakistan in any condition.
General Policies Applicable To All Exchanges And Refunds
To qualify for an exchange or return, you must send them back to us within 7 days of purchase. These also include the discounted, promotional or gift items included in promotions.
- All items must be unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, unused and smoke-free.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Cards/labels/tags or instructions must be enacted.
- You must show the original placement order.
- We are unable to accept any items that is not in its original selling condition. If we find any items damaged due to your handling, we will not be able to refund that. We hope you’ll cooperate with us.
- You can exchange items for a different size.
- Refunds and exchanges will be made after receiving and verifying the items back from you.
- In case of return or exchange, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We can’t entertain any refund or exchange request after 7 days. We hope you’ll cooperate with us.
